Shannon earned her degree from California Culinary Academy in 2004. Before joining the Company Kitchen family, she worked in the Entertainment Industry providing location catering for movies and television. Working for many production companies such as Disney, Cruise/Wagner, Davis Entertainment, Jerry Bruckheimer, and Oliver Stone. She also worked for Paula LeDuc Fine Catering in Emeryville catering to Tiffany’s, WWF, Stanford University, million-dollar weddings, SAG, and VGA Award Ceremonies. Her main philosophy is cooking is not just a job, it’s a passion. Be proud of what you create for your guests, give them an adventure.
