Our Story

Parks Coffee has always been about people, serving others well, building trusted relationships, and being a dependable partner. From the earliest days, the focus has been on creating a business rooted in hospitality, consistency, and care for both customers and employees.

The story began in 1986 with the Parks family – Randy, Debbie, Clay, and Scott. Each playing a vital role in growing Parks Coffee into what it is today. As a family-owned business, they were deeply involved in every stage of the company’s development, guiding its growth with care, commitment, and a hands-on approach.

In April of 2025, Parks Roastery entered an exciting new chapter when Compass purchased the roastery. This transition represented a strategic step forward - one that preserved the values and relationships Parks Coffee was built on while unlocking new opportunities for growth. With Compass’s investment, Parks Roastery has seen millions of dollars committed toward expanding capacity and strengthening operations.

Those investments are already making a significant impact. A new state-of-the-art roaster is increasing throughput and consistency. Upgraded packaging equipment is allowing the team to move faster and more efficiently. New grinding technology is expanding our ability to support a wider range of customers and formats. Together, these improvements position Parks Roastery to serve more customers, more reliably, and at a larger scale.

At the same time, the team at Parks Roastery has grown alongside the operation. New roles, expanded leadership, and additional production staff have strengthened the organization and created exciting opportunities for growth and development. The people behind the scenes, on the floor, in logistics, in quality, and in support roles, are what make the operation run smoothly every day.

The momentum has been remarkable. In 2025 alone, Parks Roastery grew more than 300 percent, a reflection of strong partnerships, increased demand, and the dedication of the team. With continued investment and a clear path forward, that growth is expected to continue.
